How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a flat rate per order for standard shipping.

How long after ordering is my order shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 2-5 business days.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.
Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.
While we can provide package tracking information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship all orders from our USA or Amsterdam factory. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe:
- USA - Within 2-5 business days
- Canada - Within 4-7 business days
- Western Europe - Within 5-7 business days
- Australia/NZ - Within 5-10 business days
- Rest of the World - Within 5-12 business days
These timeframes are typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.
What about customs fees/taxes?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
Changes to EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order. Refer to your country tax authority for guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.
Please email us at email@example.com to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to change or cancel your order.
My item is damaged / incorrect, what do I do?
Please email us about any orders that arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include a clear photo of the item as well as any damaged packaging.
We are not responsible for engraved items with misspellings as a result of being enter incorrectly by the customer.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items to us without authorization from support first.
Can I return my purchase?
We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there's any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase.
- Include a note with your name, email, order number and date. Please state the reason for the return.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase date and the items must be as new and in original packaging.
- Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. Shipping is non-refundable.
- Allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
- We are not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.

- This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
- We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
My item looks different to the online listing
This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.
It's possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order ID.
