Can I customize my order?
Yes! We can customize the message cards for our bracelets and necklaces. We can add names to the existing message, or create a personalized message just for you. We can also customize the message or add names to our acrylic plaques. If you need a gift for a loved one and don't see anything for them on our website, (such as Goddaughter), we would be happy to create one for you. Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or call us at 1-833-287-4438, and we can get started on the perfect personalized gift for your loved one - at no extra charge!
Last day for custom Christmas orders is December 4th. For custom Valentine's Day orders, it is January 26th.
Can I choose a different color stone?
Bracelets - We can make any bracelet with either red or purple stones. (We cannot mix and match purple and red stones on the same bracelet though.) Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or call us at 1-833-287-4438, and we will create an invoice for the custom color bracelet at no extra charge
Necklaces - No, we cannot customize the necklaces, we only have the clear CZ stones as shown in the photos.
My bracelet is too big / small, do you have other sizes?
Yes, we have 2 sizes. If you ordered the Medium/Large size and the bracelet is too large, the smaller size will fit you nicely. If you ordered the XS/Small size and the bracelet is too large, the larger size will fit you nicely. Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or call us at 1-833-287-4438, and we would be happy to help you exchange your bracelet. It is very easy!
There are a lot of scams on social media, how do I know you are legit?
We get it — it’s hard to know who to trust online these days. We’re a small family-run business based in Pennsylvania, and every order is handled with care. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order, and a tracking number once it ships. We use a safe and secure payment system that keeps your card details private and protected. Many of our happy customers (who once felt the same way you do) have shared their experiences in our reviews. You can shop with confidence knowing you’re in good hands. If I order on Saturday or Sunday, when will my order be shipped out?
We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so your order will be shipped out on Monday. All orders placed on Friday after 4PM EST will ship out on Monday.

How do I track my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information after your order has shipped. Don't see an email? Please check your spam folder. If you did not enter your email at checkout, you will not receive receive tracking information. Tracking info is not sent via text. If this is the case, please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com with your order number and name on the order, and we will send you the tracking link.
I didn't receive my order
Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com with your order number, name on the order, or email used at checkout. We'll help track down your order. (Don't see your confirmation email? Be sure to check your spam folder.)
My order has been marked as delivered but I have not received it.
- Double check your mailbox and around your front door. Your mail carrier may have left it where they normally leave your mail.
- Sometimes the order may be delivered 1-2 days after the tracking status shows “delivered.” Please allow a little extra time.
- You can call USPS with your tracking number and ask for a more detailed report on your package.
- Check your confirmation email to ensure your address was entered correctly (Shipping labels are printed exactly as entered at checkout.)

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to U.S addresses. (We also ship to Puerto Rico)
How long will it take to get my order?
We typically ship all orders within 1–5 business days from our Pennsylvania or Florida locations. Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after shipping. Please note that these timeframes are typical, but local carrier delays can occasionally cause your package to arrive a little later.
