Returns and Exchange Policy

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased.  If you need to return it, we offer a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. 

Return process:

  • Earrings are not returnable for sanitary reasons.
  • Include a note with your name, email, order number and date. Please state the reason for the return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date and the items must be as new and in original packaging.
  • Returns received after the 30 day window will receive store credit for the value of the items in the order. (Excludes non-refundable items.)
  • Returned items that are not in new condition or are missing part of the original product (message card, gift box, jewelry item, etc.) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Gift Wrap is non-refundable.
  • Allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • We are not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.  Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.
  • Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different size or item?

Absolutely! Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com and we can help you with that.

Or you can return your item along with a note with your order number, name, and email letting us know which item you wish to exchange it for. 

If the new item is of lesser value, we will process a refund or store credit for the difference. If it is of greater value, we will email you an invoice for the price difference.

If the exchange is processed after the 30 day return window, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
