Returns and Exchange Policy

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased.  If you need to return it, we offer a 30 day return policy from date of purchase

Extended Holiday Returns:  Orders placed between November 1st - December 10th will be eligible for return until January 10th.

Return process:

  • Include a note with your name, email, order number and date. Please state the reason for the return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date and the items must be as new and in original packaging.
  • Returns received after the 30 day window will receive store credit for the value of the items in the order. (Excludes non-refundable items.)
  • Returned items that are not in new condition or are missing part of the original product (message card, gift box, jewelry item, etc.) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Gift Wrap is non-refundable.
  • Allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • We are not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.  Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.
  • Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

Can I exchange my purchase for a different size or item?

Absolutely! You are eligible to make an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or give us a call 1-833-287-4438 and we can help you with that.

Or you can return your item along with a note, letting us know which item you wish to exchange it for. 

If the new item is of lesser value, we will process a refund for the difference. If it is a greater value, we will email you an invoice for the price difference.
