Shipping & Returns

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $5.95 per order for standard shipping.

 

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

We typically ship all orders within 1-5 business days. 


Which carrier do you use?

We ship all items with USPS or UPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.

While we can provide package tracking information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as redirecting packages, recalling packages, or expediting shipping.


How long does it take to arrive?

We ship all orders from our Pennsylvania or Florida locations. Once shipped, we see delivery happen within the following timeframe: 2 - 6 business days

This timeframe is typical, and sometimes local carrier issues may mean you item arrives slightly later than this.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We try to start production of all orders as soon as possible. Depending on when you order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun.

Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com to check if changes or cancellation are possible, and give the reason you wish to change or cancel your order.


My item is damaged / incorrect, what do I do?

Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or give us a call 1-833-287-4438 about any orders that arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include a clear photo of the damaged item, the inner packaging, and the outer packaging with the shipping label visible.

We are not responsible for engraved items with misspellings as a result of being entered incorrectly by the customer.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return damaged items to us without authorization from support first.

 

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Please email us info@thatcertaingift.com or call us 1-833-287-4438 and we will help you.

 

My order was marked delivered but I did not receive it, what do I do?

There is a chance that it will still be delivered. If you do not receive it and 3 days have gone by, please reach out to us and we would be glad to help you.


Can I exchange my purchase for a different item?

Absolutely! Please email us at info@thatcertaingift.com or give us a call 1-833-287-4438 and we can help you with that.

Or you can return your item along with a note, letting us know which item you wish to exchange it for. 

If the new item is of lesser value, we will process a refund for the difference. If it is a greater value, we will email you an invoice for the price difference.

 

Can I return my purchase?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased.  We offer a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase. 

Extended Holiday Returns:  Orders placed between November 1st - December 10th will be eligible for return until January 10th.

Return process:

  • Include a note with your name, email, order number and date. Please state the reason for the return.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be received within 60 days of purchase date and the items must be as new and in original packaging.
  • Returns received after the 30 day window will receive store credit for the value of the items in the order. (Excludes non-refundable items.)
  • Returned items that are not in new condition or are missing part of the original product (message card, gift box, jewelry item, etc.) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Personalized items may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount as they cannot be restocked. 
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Gift Wrap is non-refundable.
  • Allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
  • We are not responsible for returns until they reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.  Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.
  • Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

  • This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
  • We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been fulfilled. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are critical to ensuring delivery.
  • If you realize you entered your address incorrectly, email us immediately. info@thatcertaingift.com If the order has not been mailed yet, we can update the address with the correct details.
  • Please note that shipping labels print exactly as the address is entered at checkout.
  •  Please check to be sure your device does not autofill an old address that has been saved in your device, Facebook, ShopPay, Shop, or PayPal account.
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 
  • If your order is returned to us due to an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, or any other reason, we will email you for your correct address. Once we receive the correct address, we will send the order out to you again. If we do not receive a response after 60 days, you will received store credit for the value of the items in your order.

 

My item looks different than the online listing

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

It is possible you may have an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team for review, along with your order number.
